Our handbags and accessories carry a one year limited warranty that covers our craftsmanship. We use the best materials that are available to us, and stand behind our work and the materials we use. Glitter vinyls and other shiny vinyl materials are not UV resistant, so try not to leave your Double K goodies in direct sun light for extended periods of time. If you have an issue with one of our products, please e-mail us to receive a return authorization before sending your item back. Once we receive it back, we will decide what is the best way to fix the issue. Our warranty covers normal wear and tear.

Beyond all the legal mumbo jumbo, we stand behind the products we make. If you have any issues with a Double K product, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you are beyond the 1 year warranty period, feel free to contact us anyways, we can more than likely get your Double K back on the road again!

We make our products specifically to order. So unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. So make sure you like the colors before you order your Double K! In this day and age of laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other gadgets, the colors you see on our website can vary from the actual colors. Samples are available upon request, so if you want to make sure you are ordering the right color, please e-mail us for samples. A small fee may apply to samples.

Because we make our products to order, please allow a couple weeks for delivery. If the wait will be longer, you will receive an e-mail shortly after your order with the current backlog time.
